Provide support in the development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners. This role contributes to the success and profitability of the Todd Snyder brand by supporting the product production lifecycle and working cross functionally.


  • Interface with Design partners to monitor fabric, trim and wash development; owns approval process
  • Track and access weekly factory production status reports/ approval status report
  • Communicate daily with internal/ external partners regarding style development, production and delivery information including BOM callouts and updates
  • Adhere to the TNA calendar; responsible for all sample tracking (SMS, PHOTO, TOPs) and to ensure on-time delivery of all development.
  • Ensuring information is published within timeframe to ensure Cross Functional Teams are kept up to date.
  • Organize and order any additional fabric/trims needed for missing Photo samples.
  • CFT & Fit meeting annotators: note any design changes that would impact delivery cost, alert cft and managers. Announce photo status and fit approval deadlines in fittings.
  • Publish POCN charts weekly outlining cost and delivery changes for respective depts.
  • Partner with logistics for shipping updates and check-in status updating appropriate charts.
  • Assist manager in building development ratio reports
  • Maintain department liability binders
  • Assist with TOP QC checks
  • Build Seasonal Production Tracker
  • Send out tech packs and packages to vendors, tracks delivery
  • Maintain and organize costing records – entering POs in RLM, update costing, unit, etc.
  • Manage UPC/Price ticket process to make sure all factories have on time
  • Maintain and organize style information records, production trackers.
  • Interpret collected information, react appropriately, and communicate with affected parties in a timely manner
  • Prepares and communicates the agenda for cross functional team meetings; attends meetings
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Ability to act as liaison between many departments; excellent communication and analytical skills, Must be detail oriented, computer literate and able to handle multiple tasks at once
