The SOA Administrator at AEO is responsible for the infrastructure architecture, design, installation, administration and support of the middleware products suite within a large-scale clustered integration environment. This position requires expert knowledge of the middleware technology such as Oracle fusion middleware (Oracle SOA Suite 12c).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install & configure Middleware components such as Oracle Fusion Middleware in Web Logic Server domain environment
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware administration - deployment, Monitoring & Tuning
  • Monitor and manage SOA Components by using the monitoring tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, Fusion Middleware Control Console, New relic etc.,
  • Tuning and configuring Middleware Stack environment for high availability and load balance.

Qualifications& Technical Skills:

  • 3+ yeas of overall IT experience 
  • 2+ yeas on experience with Middleware Stack such as Oracle SOA Suite12c, WebLogic, OWSM and Oracle Service Bus 12c
  • 2+ years of experience in JAVA based application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, tomcat etc., 
  • 1+ years of experience in JMS (IBM MQ, Oracle AQ, WebLogic JMS) aware environments.
  • Handling application deployments into DEV, Test, Performance and Production Environments
  • Proficiency in DevOps concepts 
  • Automation using Shell/Ant/WLST scripting, continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Hudson etc.,
  • Patching/upgrading of Middleware infrastructure
  • Proficiency in RDBMS and/or Oracle DBMS and SQL command line tools. Ability to understand/write PL/SQL code.
  • Experienced in debugging and resolving complex problems by co-ordinations with technical teams, Oracle Support and Escalation managers.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology.
  • Basic LINUX/ UNIX commands
  • Provide rotational basis on-call support for production.
