PURPOSE:

Bring to life the seasonal marketing plan for the AE channels inclusive of store and print initiatives, ensuring consistency across all creative elements and flawless execution against timelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and implement all in season marketing touchpoints, based on the strategy and content plan as it relates to Stores (inclusive of Mainline/Factory/Flagship), On Product Marketing, Print and brand initiatives as assigned.
  • Manages the Brand Activation Coordinator who will assist with execution on all of the above.
  • Own creative brief process connected to AE for the season in relation to the outlined channels.
  • Contact for all cross-functional partners regarding seasonal business updates/requests or creative needs.
  • Partner with design to ensure seamless integration between activation & creative teams.
  • Oversee project management tool and timing for all in season projects.
  • Leads the internal marketing and creative team in project kick off, content development and implementation by project.
  • Responsible for 1st review of creative with design team to ensure deliverables are accurate to business requirements and provides strategic feedback.
  • Own Art Review process for all creative reviews and presents creative to cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as day-to-day manager for external marketing agencies.
  • Knowledgeable of current business and how to leverage assets/promotions in response to business need. 
  • Work hand in hand with Business Strategies team on promotional events and product features.
  • Drive and develop new process with cross functional partners as needed.
  • Collaborates with the Director to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with all project objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.  (MBA or MA is a plus.)
  • 5+ years retail or agency marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal (via phone and in-person) and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings (one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and bosses)
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary
