POSITION TITLE:      Lead- Workload Planning

REPORTS TO:            Senior Director, Store Operations

SUPERVISES:             N/A    


Provide support to the AE and Aerie brands by managing and gate keeping all field workload

  • Foster relationships with key business partners to ensure successful fierce conversations to protect the stores workload, leads weekly workload Meetings
  • Attend weekly business meetings to understand and align workload with business priorities
  • Maintains Workload Planning Calendar used by Field leadership for planning purposes
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce workload and eliminate non-value added work
  • Creates and manages an integrated and balanced Workload Planning Calendars for internal teams
  • Identifies workload requests that need re-prioritized based on level of importance and works with business partners on execution dates.
  • Reviews existing and proposed projects and tasks to identify opportunities for decreased workload
  • Works closely with Labor management team to align workload with payroll budget
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three+ years’ experience store management and/or area/district level experience
  • Previous retail experience in an intimates environment a plus
  • Travel is required
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications, Adobe Acrobat Writer experience required; Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) preferred
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
