PRIMARY POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Lead Lab Associate - aerie + OFFLINE Visual Production
REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager - aerie + OFFLINE Labs
SUPERVISES: N/A
PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the aerie + OFFLINE Visual Lab Teams and Visual Production Team in communicating visual merchandising and marketing placement direction to stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create seasonal merchandise product processing guides.
- Organize & label photography and digital assets seasonally.
- Organize, process & label product photos and CAD drawings.
- Manage folders and libraries of seasonal document assets
- Select lab store photography as needed.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners, ensure proper sign off of information in all formats and documents.
- Maintain high quality of work with attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve business practices and processes with regard to managing seasonal assets and data.
- Manage special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in retail stores, marketing, visual merchandising or communication
- Professional, detail oriented, innovative, positive team player with high standards and a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities
- Proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Excel - Adobe CC Suite experience is preferred
- DSLR photography experience is preferred
- Passion for creating a positive store experience through clear and comprehensive communication
- Minimum High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
