POSITION TITLE: Lead, Business Ops Planning – Store Operations
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Store Operations
SUPERVISES: N/A

POSITION SUMMARY:
Plan, educate and maintain all business workload for Aerie and American Eagle Outfitters

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze business and operational tasks and compare to trend
  • Identify key business drivers, educating leaders on risk and big opportunities
  • Maintain a calendar of historical business drivers
  • Create and Maintain a Quarterly Business at-a-glance
  • Educate department leaders of business trends and workload
  • Consistently review business trends and develop resolutions when needed
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand all upcoming workload
  • Calendarize all in store workload and determine best timelines
  • Create business reports for senior leadership on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis
  • Identify business risks and develop mitigation plans when needed
  • Support additional areas of Store Operations when needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Must be a proactive, self-starter
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Travel is required
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, and MS
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
