This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Kronos Workforce Management system.  Will also work closely with corporate and field partners to solicit feedback, identify operational opportunities, and to implement changes within our labor management processes.


  • Manage configuration of Kronos system, including but not limited to, building new stores, forecasting, timekeeping, payroll management, etc.
  • Provide support for end users (field and corporate) and identify ongoing training needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues within Kronos and related software or reports and ensure resolution is provided in a timely manner.
  • Support testing of new releases and implement updated functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and implementation of requested changes into Kronos.
  • Assist in creation of store training materials related to forecasting, scheduling and time and attendance as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within Kronos and the overall workforce management processes.
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.


  • Prior leadership experience with AEO
  • Proficient in Kronos WFM system, including store forecasting and scheduling.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Able to work well independently with little direction, and also in a team environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Ability to travel periodically to visit field, gather feedback and provide training.
