POSITION TITLE:                  Digital Marketing Analyst

REPORTS TO:                        Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing

SUPERVISES:                         N/A



The Digital Marketing Analyst for Todd Snyder will report to and work hand in hand with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to ensure continued growth of both paid and organic digital marketing channels. Working on a small but mighty digital marketing team, your goal will be to help us meet and exceed our customer acquisition and retention goals. By overseeing day to day reporting & customer cohort data, you’ll make sure we’re hitting our KPIs, and make recommendations on how to further optimize digital marketing spend and tactics.  The ideal candidate will have several years of analytics and attribution experience (preferably with Google Analytics) and have had a hand in managing successful paid ad campaigns.  Ready to roll up your sleeves and bring your analytical expertise to this quickly growing company?   • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on creation and ongoing maintenance of paid marketing tactics including Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Retargeting and Affiliate
  • Report and analyze KPIs across channels to identify and communicate key trends while assisting with strategic recommendations to improve performance and facilitate brand growth (cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, etc.)
  • Gain knowledge of Todd Snyder brand and target audience through cross-team knowledge share to ensure all creative and external marketing messages are aligned and on Brand
  • Assist in monthly e-commerce budgeting and forecasting of channel-level demand, traffic, and spend across sizable budget
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders such as merchandising and planning to achieve optimal cross-functional results
  • Audit digital campaigns & channels to ensure efficiency, messaging and creative requirements are met
  • Keep current on industry changes & competition providing recommendations on incremental opportunities with a focus on growing the Todd Snyder brand



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably across analytics, paid & organic channels
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • BONUS: Have implemented on site tracking code or worked with Shopify previously
