PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting in the creative development, sourcing & execution of all seasonal concepts, props & in-store experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, executing multiformat window and interior propping strategies, multi-vendor bidding, sourcing & purchasing, cross-functional communication of documentation and back-end logistics. With a sense of ownership, partner with the marketing and visual production teams, alongside the Manager- Visual Creative aerie and OFFLINE, ensuring the brand vision is executed consistently, on time, on budget and to brand standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively participate in conceptual and floorset related meetings to gain comprehensive understanding of seasonal brand goals with props and instore experience needs
  • Partner with lab management team to ensure weekly staffing requirements are met in order to meet business deadlines
  • Understand and assist in driving all calendar deadlines related to seasonal signoffs, prop buys, production timelines and in-store activations
  • Coordinate and assist in prop roll-out, buy strategies and in-store experience sourcing from initial conceptual reviews to in-store execution
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all vendors to set expectation and product spec details
  • Hold all parties accountable for quality control of items
  • Create spec sheets that define due dates, item details, shipping and vendor contact information
  • Assist in managing seasonal prop and experience budgets, including the creation of all associated PO’s and invoices in Ariba
  • Facilitate handoff of in store experience information to Tradestone partners
  • Pull store reporting seasonally to determine quantity breakdown and store base counts
  • Partner with Manager-Aerie Visual Operations to maintain store attribute accuracy within the STAR
  • Create distribution lists allowing the coordination of shipping timelines and methods with vendors and our distribution partners
  • Assign part numbers to items, approve box labels and maintain seasonal prop list to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor all current active items and ensure we are always in stock in ongoing prop items; place replenishment orders as needed
  • Partner with OFFLINE Visual Production and store operations teams for all communication and documentation where  necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, how-to’s, seasonal prop details and delivery information, in store experience items, window execution details and any related updates to Brand Standards guide
  • Manage new store opening templates for Archway and Schwarz to ensure they are updated and accurate
  • Partner with marketing team to ensure all details related to quantity, size and formats are met for seamless store execution
  • Create comprehensive documentation of seasonal propping strategies to share with our cross-functional partners
  • Travel as required to NY, Coordination and stores to actively participate in seasonal meetings, vendor/supply distribution centers, and other special projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, innovative, positive team player with high standards and a strong work ethic
  • Work and communicate well with a diverse group of individuals at multiple levels
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Minimum 4-year degree. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion—related field preferred
  • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
  • Proficient in PC/MAC/Adobe Creative Suite Software
