POSITION TITLE:                               Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

REPORTS TO:                                     Vice President – Human Resources and Talent Acquisition



This position will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team while ensuring our business needs are supported.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate candidate in person and/or virtual interviews; working closely with recruiting team  
  • Greet & manage candidates through their schedules in the office
  • Ensure seamless process for candidate and internal teams on all video interviews
  • Create & communicate candidate itineraries (specifically for traveling candidates to NY and Pitt offices from out of town)
  • Assist with candidate process in Taleo – creating requisitions, candidate profiles, monitoring hiring process and onboarding, partnering with HRIS team when necessary
  • Partner with Benefits team to assist in candidate relocation process
  • Process candidate reimbursements with Travel Dept. as needed
  • Support TA team with reference checks and background screens; partnering with Loss Prevention team and external vendors when necessary



  • Bachelor’s Degree; one year of office administration experience; Fashion/Retail HR or Recruiting experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use discretion with confidential information
  • Must possess presence and command as well as the ability to engage with senior level candidates and executives
  • Proficient in Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word programs
