Coordinator - Inventory Integrity

An Inventory Integrity Coordinator is responsible for identifying and verifying the accuracy of inventory adjustments (including the impact on Financial and Merchandising systems) within a state-of-the-art, high tech distribution/warehousing environment as well as any of our 3rd party logistics providers.

This role provides support and assistance to the Inventory Integrity team and is responsible for ensuring our distribution center and store inventory is accurate through researching adjustments and supporting the Inventory Analyst and Inventory Management to collaborate on department responsibilities and reporting.

  • Ensure customer service, quality, and safety standards are met in an efficient and innovative manner; partner with all departments to address issues as needed
  • Monitoring inventory integrity through production activities as they are processed for accuracy and efficiency
  • Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections or adjustments in a timely manner
  • Responsible for overseeing physical inventories, cycle counts and random or receipt audits
  • Maintaining Inventory accuracy metrics and associated reporting for management
  • Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
  • Train and educate site staff in proper inventory integrity and control techniques and practices as needed
  • Communicate information cross-functionally to department associates in an appropriate manner
  • Subject Matter Expert’ (SME) on all position roles and tasks
  • Continual partnership and alignment with Inventory Analyst to collaborate on department responsibilities and reporting
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company and customer information
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and dependability while interacting with all levels of the Company
  • IP, PKMS and WM knowledge, using various screens and programs
  • Minimum one year experience in Inventory area; previous experience in a production, processing, retail warehousing  environment or equivalent preferred
  • Associate’s degree in applicable/related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple assignments and strong attention to detail and established deadlines
  • Problem solving, investigative and follow up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
  • Manual dexterity is required, and ability to lift cartons and bins up to 50lbs, work in high bay areas, climbing  up and down stairs
