BE PART OF SOMETHING REAL

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide support to the Compensation Team by focusing on day-to-day compensation tasks as well as administration of our annual compensation increase processes and other ongoing and ad hoc projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer the Company’s merit and COLA processes for the Store and Distribution Center populations.
  • Research and update federal, state & local minimum wage rates and related changes to Associate pay.
  • Complete annual and ad hoc compensation survey submissions.
  • Provide initial support for Store compensation questions.
  • Create and maintain job titles and related details in HRIS.
  • Review and help maintain information on Store Leadership Tableau dashboards to assist with compensation decisions.
  • Assist HRIS support team in Store related transactions, suggesting improvements to processes, as needed.
  • Serve as a resource to internal HR teams on compensation requests.
  • Monitor compensation mailbox and follow-up as necessary.
  • Additional duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business or a related field, preferred
  • One year of office administration, Human Resources, or Finance experience
  • Experience with an HRIS (Oracle Fusion or ADP) preferred
  • Experience with Tableau preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use discretion with confidential information
  • Proficient in Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word programs
