POSITION SUMMARY:


This position is responsible for activating the marketing plan and brand strategy ensuring consistency across all marketing elements and execution against budget and timelines.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day to day contact for creative requests specific to digital media and blog content development
  • Owns creative process inclusive of:
  • Kicking off all creative needs with design & copy teams
  • Management of seasonal timelines
  • Management of agenda for daily/weekly status calls
  • Disseminating creative specs and best practices to creative and copy teams
  • Responsible for first review of all creative assets to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  • Routing creative and capturing all feedback from cross functional teams
  • Communicating all feedback to design and copy teams as well as publishing for all cross functional partners
  • Final review of creative projects to ensure accuracy of handoffs
  • Delivering final creative and completed trafficking documents to media agency
  • Recapping creative team on performance
  • Day to day contact for media agency as related to creative assets
  • Knowledgeable of current business
  •  Owns seasonal plan for blog content development inclusive of ideation for upcoming stories that tie back to brand platform and product, ensuring consistency across other owned platforms
  • Responsible for recapping weekly reporting needs as it relates to digital creative


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of retail or agency marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing preferred
  • Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
  • Results driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross functional teams
  • Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings (one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers and bosses)
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
