POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists in the support and execution of the seasonal creative process inclusive of floorset cadence, product strategies, photoshoot, merchandising, marketing, training, communication & leaseline management across all store formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own executing weekly updates from Monday Business & Monthly Planning meetings to efficiently communicate out to our cross functional teams inclusive of promotional updates, tests, adjustments & communication approval.
Own creating, maintaining & distributing TY/LY brand leaseline documents on a continual basis
Own maintaining Business Strategies/Merchant files inclusive of the Weekly Trigger Calendar, Leaseline, CC File & floorset Late List.
Be an expert in the competitive landscape and own recapping innovative store promotions, marketing or experiences.
Create lifestyle & studio photoshoot plan – inclusive of key look photos & information as well as CF partner needs & usage. 
Prepare all necessary floorset documentation and financial information prior to seasonal walk-throughs.
Attend seasonal walk thrus, format conversion walk thrus & lead the cross functional team through key ideas. 
Partner with Central Planning, Site Merchandising & Visual Production to compile & distribute communication timeline pre floorset seasonally.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on priorities, execute & gain approval on in-season floorset adjustments.
Partner with Marketing team on pre-season & in-season signage needs based on product, placement & performance.
Maintain marketing basic sign kit “cheat sheet” for Business Strategies & Merchant use.
Partner with Store Operations team on seasonal training strategies which include video & tools alignment. This includes working with merchants to consolidate product information for training pass off, creation and approval.
Own creating & maintain the brand’s Surprise & Delight kit to aid in enhancing the customers overall store experience.
Owns & manages Business Strategies Outlook calendar updates when necessary. Uses such to create & distribute the weekly Look Ahead tool for Merchants review.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent preferred.
2+ years prior merchandising experience from a specialty or department store.
Aggressive and passionate individual will be most successful in this and future roles.
Keen sense of fashion exhibited through personal taste.
Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy (coolness and composure under strain, confidence without arrogance).
Risk Taker - Carefully considers risk/reward, ready to try new ways of doing things to improve learning.

Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
