PURPOSE

Responsible for assisting in the development & execution of all seasonal creative concepts. This includes, but is not limited to, executing multi-format window and interior propping strategies, monthly store activations, cross-functional communication of documentation needs and an in-depth understanding of creative calendar management. With a sense of ownership, partner with the marketing and visual production teams, alongside the Associate Manager- Visual Creative, to ensure the brand vision is executed, consistently and with purpose. RESPONSIBILITIES

-Partner with lab management team to ensure weekly staffing requirements are met in order to meet business deadlines

-Assist in driving all calendar deadlines related to seasonal signoffs, prop buys and in-store activations

-Actively participate in all prop touch bases so as to have a thorough, working-understanding of business needs and creative details

-Assist in developing prop roll-out and buy strategies across all store formats 

-Partner with marketing team to ensure all details related to quantity, size and formats are met for seamless store execution

-Create detailed documentation of seasonal propping strategies for cross-functional teams, including PR and international

-Develop comprehensive spec sheets for seasonal props in flagship + chain stores and market store activations

-Partner with Visual Production for all communication and documentation.  This includes, but is not limited to, how-to’s, seasonal prop documents and window execution details

-Ensure store attribute accuracy within the STAR database and assist in making updates as needed

-Develop an understanding for budget management procedures; 

-Write and process purchase orders as needed

-Travel as required to NY, Coordination and stores to actively participate in seasonal meetings and other special projects

QUALIFICATIONS

-Strong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

-Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team

-Work and communicate well with a diverse group of individuals at multiple levels

-Self-motivated with critical attention to detail

-Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment

-Minimum 2-year degree. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion—related field preferred

-2+ years of retail management experience preferred

-Proficient in PC/MAC/Adobe Creative Suite Software
