POSITION TITLE: Sr./Analyst - Site Optimization   

REPORTS TO: Sr Manager - Web Analytics       


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Analyst - Site Optimization is responsible for working with internal business partners, while delivering relevant reporting and analyses on site optimization. This role is also responsible for maintaining, updating and improving current reporting, completing complex & detailed analyses, and educating team members to grow revenue and improve the customer experience. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use testing to optimize campaigns, landing pages, branded sites, browse pages, sign-in and purchase funnels across web and mobile platforms
  • Coordinate involvement of customer insight, analytics, marketing, design and product teams to achieve optimum results
  • Prepare materials for and participate in regular test review and strategy sessions
  • Quantify and communicate results of tests
  • Champion/Project Lead the implementation of winning recipes
  • Help generate bold, new test concepts that will drive revenue and improve customer experience
  • Leverage testing tools to deliver personalized experiences
  • Help to create and refine processes that would accommodate a high volume of testing and incorporate learnings from multiple test tracks
  • Work with technical leads to ensure optimization technology is properly deployed
  • Manage wiki & prioritize test concepts based on defined test requirements
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in testing, data analysis, and optimization
  • Proficient in Adobe Test and Target or comparable testing platform and statistical concepts
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
